The saunas and winter swimming spot at Poukama invite you to relax, refresh, and connect with others.

Winter swimming facilities

Note: Heated saunas and hot tubs are prepared according to advance reservations.

Spacious changing and washing rooms for women and men.

Beach sauna Area – Unisex use

Both the wood-heated and electric saunas are available for unisex use during winter swimming events.
The beach saunas now feature brand-new heaters from our partner IKI-KIUAS.

Take a dip in the sea

Poukaman päälaiturilta löytyy uintipaikka saunojien käytössä.

You can access the swimming area directly from Poukama’s main pier – reserved for sauna guests.

Schedule

Winter swimming session: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(Maximum 40 participants)

Tickets

Bookings can be made through the reservation section at the finnish page (change language)
Tickets are paid on-site at the reception.

Prices

Adults: €12

Children (7–15 years): €5

Children under 7: Free when accompanied by an adult (min. 18 years)

Note: Maximum of 2 children’s tickets per adult.

If available, tickets can also be inquired about directly on-site.

Please note: Heated saunas and hot tubs are arranged based on advance reservations.

What to Bring

Remember to bring your swimsuit, towel, and seat cover.
A bathrobe is also recommended when going to the swimming area.
A limited number of bathrobes are available for rent at the reception.

Poukama Shop

You’ll find products related to sauna and winter swimming at the Poukama Shop.
The shop also offers natural cosmetics and handcrafted items by local Porvoo artisans.
